Have you ever tried to poach an egg in boiling water? It could be the most stressful thing I have ever tried. I would always look up tips and tricks to perfect the eggs, like vinegar in water etc., but they always turned out a hot mess. I had complained to my Mom about this issue, and when I was home for Easter she surprised me with an egg poacher pan. 
This is possibly the greatest invention ever. You get perfectly cooked round poached eggs in 3 minutes flat. I made Justin poached eggs this morning with smoked salmon on an english muffin. Looks restaurant worthy doesn't it?
