Pizza Night

Homemade pizza has become one of our favorite meals! I have mastered my pizza dough recipe, thanks to Mr. Jamie Oliver. We have cracked several pizza stones, and went on Friday to buy a new one. Instead of getting our normal sandstone pizza brick we decided on mixing it up and buying a granite pizza stone instead. The benefit of the granite is that you can have the oven temperature higher. Anways, on to the pizza! We made our usual mix of toppings, grilled onions and mushrooms, fresh chili, basil, tomatoes, etc. The crust is thin and crispy just like in Italy.
