One of our activities while in Chang Mai was visiting the monkeys at a monkey school a half hour outside of the city. This little guy welcomed us when we arrived. His hands were so soft. If you don't already know, I am fascinated by monkeys and elephants since moving to Asia. I can not get enough of them!!
We were all not sure how we felt about the school because all the monkeys were chained up that we got to see. There were signs that said the monkeys are free to roam during closing hours, but you never know. Nonetheless, we tried to make the most of the trip. We were able to buy fruit to feed a bunch of the monkeys. They were all so excited jumping up and down like this monkey below to get our attention so we would throw them food.

After feeding the monkeys, we sat down to enjoy a show. It was overall pretty impressive what they were able to train the monkeys to do. We saw monkeys ride bikes,
and even pump iron.
I, of course, volunteered to be apart of the show when this monkey walked out.
