I have been taking a few cooking classes with my friend Bambos recently. It is taught by this pretty amazing french chef named Francois. This is him showing us his skills.
Last week was a fish course which was so fun for me. I learned how to shuck an oyster!! Amazing.

I also cooked mussels mariniere and a cod teriyaki dish. Everything was delicious. I love learning new recipes...and eating them!
