Justin's Birthday

On Justin's actual birthday we stayed home and cooked steaks, mashed potatoes and salad. It was followed by a delicious chocolate and pistachio cake. It was really good to have his parents here to celebrate, it always makes things more special when they are with us. It is a bit belated on here now but I love you Dus! Wishing you many more great years of fun ahead! xx

Fullerton Bay Hotel

For Justin's birthday his parents got us a room at the Fullerton Bay Hotel for a night. They watched Charlie for us while we were there, it was such a nice gift for Justin which I also thoroughly enjoyed! Check in time was 2pm, so we arrived at 1:45! I think we were both over excited for the freedom! We had lunch on the rooftop and walked around the bay. We enjoyed some champagne on our private deck then had dirty martinis and dinner on Club Street. The next morning we laid in bed until 12pm which was also check out time. It was so refreshing and a great night off in the most fabulous hotel! What a treat!

Hysterical

Justin is in the Philippines for a few nights. We got to video chat briefly tonight and instead of catching up on what we had done that day we spent the time making faces at each other. You know how you can distort your face on a Mac? It is an application where you can choose different ways to warp your face, it is the best thing ever. I seriously had streams of tears running down my face. No words were exchanged, just complete laughter for 5 minutes. Love it.
